Inside is lined with red canvas and has 6 small gold-tone rings to hold your schedule, addresses, or notes.  The small 6-ring refill papers can be bought at the LV store or at any office supply store.

Overall: 7.5 of 10 Great pre owned condition with some signs of use. Mostly spotless with few tiny gray dots on the inside from scuffs. The front push lock has lost some of its gold coating and looks silver in places. The top the spine for the cover has lost some stitching and has a small opening ( no effect on function).
